b) Universal Analytics

We use the Universal Analytics features provided by Google. These features allow us to record and analyze socio-demographic data about users using a Google ID (if available) and cookies generated by Google from advertising content (DoubleClick). If a Google ID is available, the Data Controller will also record this data across all devices (e.g., if users use a smartphone and a PC) to analyze visitor flows across all devices. c) Google Remarketing and Retargeting

We use Google Analytics advertising features, which allow users who have previously visited the website and shown interest in certain offers to be retargeted with targeted advertising on the pages of Google partner networks. Advertising is displayed using cookies that analyze user behavior during a visit to the website and send targeted product recommendations and advertising based on users' areas of interest.

Users can prevent Google Remarketing and disable Google's use of cookies for these purposes by visiting the DoubleClick opt-out page. Alternatively, users can disable the use of cookies by third parties by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Social media plug-ins

This website uses social media plug-ins offered by the main social networks (e.g. Facebook and Twitter). When visiting the website, browsing data can be transferred directly to the respective social networks, even without direct interaction by the user. Users acknowledge and agree that the operation of social network plug-ins is managed directly by the company that offers the respective plug-in. When users use the plug-ins via the website (e.g. by logging in to a social network with their access data or linking their accounts), click on the respective button (such as “Like” or “Share” on Facebook) and connect to the server of that social network, which then sends the content of the plug-in directly to the user’s browser. We can therefore receive data relating to users in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policy of the respective social network and can add data to the personal data of users already collected through its own services. If the user chooses to share information with social networks, we will also share data, such as their preferences. To prevent social networks from collecting the user's personal information, please check the relevant terms and conditions on the social network's website.

When users access our pages via Facebook or vice versa, the user’s browser will establish a direct link to Facebook servers. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the user’s visit to their Facebook account. When the user interacts with the plug-ins, e.g. by clicking the “Like” button or posting a comment, the respective information is transferred directly from the user’s browser to Facebook and stored there. The purpose and scope of the processing of data by Facebook, in addition to the respective user rights and setting options for protecting their privacy, can be found in the Facebook privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/).

b) Twitter

The website uses the functions of the short message service Twitter, which is offered by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. By using the Twitter functions, the websites visited by the user are linked to their Twitter account and made known to other users. During this process, data is also transferred to Twitter. We have no knowledge of the type, content and extent of the transferred data. The user can change his data protection settings on Twitter in his account settings. Further information can be found in the Twitter privacy policy. To prevent the providers of the respective social media plug-in from collecting information about users, they can log out of the social media network at the beginning of their visit to the website and delete any cookies that may exist from their browser.

c) Pinterest

REICHERT + COMMUNICATIONS GmbH also uses the "Pin it" button of the social media network Pinterest, which is operated by Pinterest, Inc., 651 Brannan St, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (hereinafter referred to as "Pinterest"). By integrating the "Pin it" button, Pinterest receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged in to Pinterest, Pinterest can assign the visit to your Pinterest account.
The data transmitted by clicking the "Pin it" button will be stored by Pinterest. If you wish to prevent this, you must log out of your Pinterest account before clicking the "Pin it" button. For information on the purpose and scope of data collection, the further processing and use of data by Pinterest, as well as your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Pinterest's privacy policy: http://pinterest.com/about/privacy/.

When the user interacts with the plug-ins, e.g. by clicking the “Like” button or posting a comment, the respective information is transferred directly from the user’s browser to Instagram and stored there. The purpose and scope of the processing of data by Instagram, in addition to the respective user rights and setting options for protecting their privacy, can be found in the Instagram privacy policy (https://help.instagram.com/).
