For more than 25 years, DKMS LIFE has been supporting people with cancer during treatment, giving them new hope and courage to face life. DKMS LIFE's mission is to positively influence the healing process of those affected and improve their quality of life during treatment through free patient programs.
The campaign motto of recent years, “Cancer doesn’t take a break,” is still relevant and has been supplemented this year with “DKMS LIFE gives you the courage to dream.”
The association fulfilled these small and big dreams of affected patients with the help of prominent supporters.
DKMS LIFE VIP ambassadors Sylvie Meis, Riccardo Simonetti and Rebecca Mir each experienced an unforgettable day with a cancer patient, during which very special wishes were fulfilled: a sushi cooking class in Henssler's kitchen, a day together in Vienna and an alpaca hike.
