Press dinner at MAISON PAPILLON Berlin

At the end of February 2026, we implemented the MAISON PAPILLON Berlin An exclusive press dinner was held to strategically position the restaurant's new culinary direction. With approximately 40 select guests from leading media outlets and the food influencer scene, the event became an effective platform for sustained media presence and brand strengthening within Berlin's restaurant scene.

The evening's focus was on the new culinary style of Head Chef Julius Nowak, who has been shaping the restaurant's cuisine since autumn 2025. His vision of a modern, product-focused cuisine with international influences was brought to life through a shared-dinner concept. Dishes such as octopus with black garlic, sea bass with preserved lemon and chimichurri, and Boeuf Bourguignon with smoked mashed potatoes underscored the clear, flavor-driven approach and offered guests an authentic culinary experience.

As the PR agency responsible for the event, we handled the strategic conception and execution of the press event in Berlin. This included the targeted acquisition and curation of a high-profile guest list comprised of journalists, editors, and relevant food influencers, as well as the comprehensive coordination of guest management. In addition, we managed the PR and media relations surrounding the event, organized interviews with Head Chef Julius Nowak, and oversaw the entire event implementation – from planning and execution to the personal on-site support of the guests. Following the event, we ensured, through structured media follow-up, that the new positioning of MAISON PAPILLON was sustainably established in relevant media outlets and digital communities.

The press dinner at MAISON PAPILLON Berlin clearly demonstrated how targeted event PR and strategic media relations can contribute to successful brand positioning in the restaurant industry. Through the close integration of a culinary experience, personal interaction, and professional communication, the restaurant's position as a fixture in Berlin's restaurant scene was further strengthened, and its new direction was effectively showcased.
